Integrated Public Sector Skills Brokerage achieves excellent results

STAR's Brokerage team has assisted 25 public sector organisations since mid October to analyse their skill requirements and locate appropriate training, resulting in over 1880 referrals to training providers.

 

The brokerage is a support service, funded by Yorkshire Forward, which assists public sector organisations to: 
 
  • Undertake a training needs analysis
  • Produce training plans
  • Source training provision to meet identified needs
  • Source possible funding available to meet training needs
  • Commit to and fulfil the skills pledge (Free online tool now available)
