2develop Wider Children's Workforce is our continuous professional development (CPD) portal for organisations who deliver services to children. The tool includes training needs analysis (TNA) questionnaires against common core, every child matters, safeguarding and many more.

The tool is being used by a number of Local Authorities and Connexions services to assist them to meet the challenges of the Wider Children's Workforce agenda and the objectives set in their Children's Plan.
