2develop for the Skills Pledge
In response to the struggle large organisations face to fulfil their commitment to the skills pledge we have designed a tool which allows organisations to undertake an audit of their staff against the conditions of the skills pledge. Through an electronic questionnaire which is designed to each clients requirements the organisation discovers exactly what qualifications their staff currently hold, including whether they have achieved Level 2 qualifications and skills for life literacy and numeracy qualifications.
The tool includes essential skills literacy and numeracy mini tests for staff to measure if they have a development requirement in these areas.
The organisation can then view this information at whole organisation and department level to plan future training and create and fulfil their skills pledge action plan.
