Councils must now provide a range of information about their Social Care Workforce to Skills for Care annually to meet the national minimum data set. The annual return requires managers to report detailed information regarding their staff including qualification attainment levels and demographic data. In response to this we have designed a tool which allows individuals to supply their information to managers.
The tool automatically correlates the responses and allows managers to download this information into the required file format to provide to Skills for Care.
For further information regarding this tool please feel free to contact us.
System Features
- Online employee questionnaire which captures all information required to meet the NMDS-SC. This can also be customised to your specific requirements if you want extra employee information.
- Instant reporting and data correlation available at organisation, department, individual level. You select the data you want to see by creating your own queries and the system will provide data in spreadsheet, chart or CSV file format.
- Export data in the required format for bulk upload to the NMDC-SC online system.
- Fully secure data management. Password protected user accounts, data encryption and secure storage of data.
- Internal account management. You can create new user accounts, delete/close user accounts, transfer users between departments/organisations at the touch of a button.
- Employees can update their information as it changes by simply logging in and updating their details.
