How much do your online tools cost?
The prices of our online tools are normally displayed on their specific product page of the website. If you require a bespoke IT solution for your organisation we will be able to quote you for this once we know your requirements and the number of users. For a no obligation quote please contact us.
How is 2develop accessed?
All of our products are accessed via a unique username and password through either the 2develop website or alternatively it can be put on your own website. Access is available 24/7 to all users. You will be allocated your own profile within the tool. If you purchase a bespoke tool the pages can be branded to your requirements.
How do I know our data will be safe?
2develop uses a secure server, all data is 128 bit encrypted and protected. Data is backed up nightly and distributed to locations to ensure there is never any loss of data. 2develop is password protected, therefore only approved users can access. Accounts can be locked if a user needs to be removed or there is ever a breach of security.
Can I get a demonstration of one of your products?
We can offer remote and onsite demonstrations for all of our products, however depending on the product price this may need to be at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
Do you provide system training ?
All of the products come with detailed user guides for both system administrators and individual users so you shouldn’t need any training. We can however provide training sessions at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
I am having problems logging on to one of your systems, what do I do?
If you have forgotten your username and password or are having problems with this please contact your system administrator (the person who gave you your username and password) and they will be able to provide you with your details.
